hi all, i have an Elven Helmet of major Archery ( bows do 25% more damage) and I ave Iron Gauntlets of minor Archery ( bows do 15% more damage) Can i wear both of these at same time to make my bow damage 40%?

It is set to active and still does not show where at in DB or anywhere outside, I am on ps3 and we have yet to get our 1.6 patch yet since Xbox 360 got there's ,so this may be a bug so if someone knows for sure of his location, for example is he in DB or what other city in the world?
