Hey there, and welcome to our roleplaying section. Please take some time to read two of these useful resources below, if you're already a roleplaying expert, then there's no need to read the following beginner's guide, but be sure to read the rules.
Ah, well the plan was that Simus would receive the footage on that chip as a dream, then he would awake just as the droid was putting him in the airlock chamber. What do you think of Barnan? I think I found a pretty good picture for him.
That's some good work for Barnan right there. Shocking that he's the lightsaber trainer!
As for Simus, he wouldn't wake up from the dreams. He's in stasis so he has no sense of time and therefore no sense of reality.
Better idea: the pod has been modified to survive reentry, it crashes right in the middle of the desert and streaks past the Hustler on the way down. Baroth and Ori investigate and crack Simus open.
I posted Fellow. By the way, In your post with Binsk and Barnan, you described the nights of Eregin as scorching hot. This is a largely desert planet with no moisture in the air to hold heat during the night. Temperatures would plummet as soon as the sun goes down. Eregin would have very cold nights, especially with a sandstorm to make a cold, nasty windchill.
