The fairly crap Pokémon trainer....
With the Civil disrupting the Empire, Mercenaries have been running wild, forming bands. With re-enforcement being sent into Skyrim all the time, Cyrodiil has been left virtually unprotected. With various mercenaries have formed bands. The Mercenaries of the Dark Sun are one such band, however they work in the dark, to serve the light. They are dedicated to the protection of the Empire. The Empire However see them as a threat, and will not hasten to attack them on sight.
Rules:
1) Set in the lands of Cyrodiil, Skyrim, Solstheim and the Deep Blue
2) Moderate swearing is allowed (i.e. Bloody and Bastard)
3) Do not kill off someone else's character
4) Try and keep to the Lore as much as possible

"I fold"
This phrase came from multiple sailors around the table playing cards, except one dunmer.

Said dunmer smiled and pulled the gold to her corner. She stuck her tongue out at the other sailors, revealing it to have be pierced with an amethyst and painted silver.

"I win again boys"

The sailors grumbled and sighed, giving up after losing to the girl once again. The dunmer packed her gold and got up with a destination in mind.

Aenar smiled softly the Dunmer had skill to show up a group of mercenaries in a game of cards, Aenar made sure that none of the men saw the smile for he had to maintain a reputation as someone not to be disobeyed. Being second only to Owyn.

Leaving the hold of the ship Aenar stepped out on the deck breathing in the fresh salty air of the water. He watched as the crew went around there day to day jobs rushing slightly at the sight of him. He smiled a good day at sea.

Owyn stood at the helm, feeling the wind in his face, tasting the salt from the sea. There was not one thing he didn't like about the sea. He was calmly sailing at quarter-sail when one of the crew shouted from the rigging, "Imperial Frigate ahead!" Owyn looked ahead and saw the frigate, it's red sails emblazoned with a black dragon, billowing in the winds. Then he seemed to look further and even though he couldn't, he seemed to know that something was wrong. "That's no Imperial Frigate! Men to Battle-stations! Take the wheel Antonius!" as he said this he took his tricorn off and put it onto the Imperials head.
"Aerin get up here! Vaylna send an Eagle to our Cyrodiilic Headquarters. Tell them the An-Xileel have declared war on the Empire!" Owyn jumped onto the nearest bit of rigging and started to climb, "Full-Sail!" he shouted down to the crew below him. The sails opened up to reveal a dark blue and gold insignia of the Dark Sun.

At the sound of the battle bell Anwrise awoke form his slumber. It was still day time but Anwrise is no lower class vampire, but a master mage with over 800 years of experience. So the sun was merely a minor annoyance. Anwrise walked out of his private cabin from the deepest bowls of the ship. Anwrise teleported to the upper deck of the ship. The crew were used to to this or were to busy with their dutys to notice. Anwrise walked over to Owyn.
So captain who is it this time we are going to kill. Anwrise gave a friendly smile without even bothering to hide his deadly incisors.

"The short story, the An-Xileel have declared war on the Empire. Not officially, but they've taken over an Imperial Frigate, that is who we're going to kill," Owyn started to climb the rigging again when the wind suddenly picked up and storm clouds seemed to materialize over the clear sky, rain lashing down as though it had some sort of vendetta. Owyn pointed at one of the crew, "You there, Secure the rigging. Now!" he shouted.

The alarm awoke Aenar from his daydream "there's always something" he thought aloud. Aenar walked among the crew yelling orders. "HEY YOU GET THOSE WEAPONS PASSED OUT!!" "PREPARE TO BROAD SIDE!!" Aenar walked at a brisk pace along the edge of the ship, as the enemy got closer Aenar unsheathed his sword ready for a fight.
