Nazeem, without a doubt. Oh, and that freakin' priest of Talos in front of Gildergleam! I play my character, Serah, as more of a 'good' character so I don't usually kill people for no reason, but one night I just snapped and turned into a werewolf and rushed through Whiterun and killed them. It's quite something to walk from Dragonsreach to Jorrvaskar without having to hear the constant screaming about Talos. No regrets.

Definitely ulfric! I've made so many attempts on his life that I've lost count. I enjoyed every time I've killed him. Nazeem would be second. Delphine would be third. I loved doing the whole blades quest line until she ordered me to kill paathurmax. I inducted Faendal, Khorjo, and Mjoll into the blades. I'd rather say goodbye to them forever than kill paathurmax and anger the greybeards.

... and that guy in Windhelm who harasses the dark elves. He deserved every beat down I gave him and the many times I've tried to shut him up perminantly.

Every time I walk into Belethor's shop in Whiterun it takes every ounce of my self control not to kill him. Snide, smug, arrogant little insect I'd love nothing more than to step on.

Mhm, he's lucky he's not real. (lol)

Belathor is incredibly annoying. I freaking hate Nazeem. "do you get to the cloud district often? Oh what am I saying of course not." his wife has it right though. " If you're looking for my husband Nazeem check the Jarls backside. That's where he usually stuffs himself these days. But you guys are forgetting the worst. That kid in dragonsreach who says "Anoher wanderer here to lick my fathers boots. Good for you.". God I wish you could hurt kids in this game.

Nazeem is indeed another asshole, quite honestly.

I find it funny that I was more appalled at this post than your first.

I don't like that old lady either, but because her name is one of my favorite female names (Lilith). Makes me puke in disgust anyone could name something so sad a good name!

Cicero is of course another I don't like... but I can't find him completely annoying... except for that.. no, wait, he is always annoying after all, definitely. XD

1. the boy in riverwood who threatens me
2. the girl in whiterun who threatens me
3. the kid in dragonsreach who says "I train with my fists!" Just because it's the only scripted comment he has
4. babette from the db just because she's quite literally a demonic little brat (The children of skyrim are all demons)
5. clavicus vile (spell check) HIS VOICE IS SO ANNOYING!!! Plus I hate how he treats barbas
6. all guards who say the arrow in the knee thing.
7. anyone who points out my pale skin and long fanges
8. stormcloaks, and any other racist " true nords of skyrim"
9. the guy in whiterun who sits in the inn and complains about the guards, because he will randomly engage in a conversation with the same line every time

In my opinion, it is Helgrid in Windhelm. I'm not sure if everyone has this, but I have this bug so every time I pass her, she says, "Large diagonal cut from left shoulder." You have to finish blood on the ice first. Oh, and Dorthe. Every time I turn around, she is sending a hitman after me.. I have no clue what I did to her. She is the kid in Riverwood. A KID!!

I hate Heimskr as much as the next person but he made me laugh during a run through the Civil War quests.
Whiterun is getting hammered by flaming catapults, people are fleeing and running all over the place. Heimskr just stands there with his hands in the air

Oh gosh, how do I pick? There are so many! Here's a few:

• Njada - rude
• Mjoll - talks waaay too much
• Nazeem - smarmy douchebag
• Delphine - no, I will not kill the nice old dragon on the mountain for you! And since when does the Dragonborn take orders from a Blade?!
• Nelkir - annoying little rich kid
• Galmar - personality isn't that bad (if you don't mind the whole Nords-are-superior thing), but every time I hear him speak I want to offer him a cough drop

due to the fact that they repeat the same phrases over and over again i'd rather they all have more scripted lines or else just run through the scripts and then sthu. if i want to hear their scripts again i have to actively speak to them.

more text and less voice-actors would be fine with me. or, bethsoft could just do em both. you know, get a little bit creative. shoot, i'll write a bunch of character text scripts to help them out for free, lol.
