New TES books coming next year!

I haven't read the books honestly. Like they haven't grabbed me. But I suppose I will check them out if I see it at the Bookstore.

Infernal City and Lord of Souls are definitely worth it. The books shown in games are relatively short stories, but next to funny letters and correspondence among NPCs series like A Dance in Fire (and that other book with Decumus Scotti in it) are also worth to be read.

There are Elder Scrolls books? Wow, I guess I'm up for some reading time, then. Thanks for the heads up!

If you want some juicy story to read up on, get "Infernal City" and "Lord of Souls". The books mentioned above are just lore stuff but I want 'em anyway!

Thanks a lot for the suggestions! Once I am done with John Steinbeck's "East of Eden", I will definitely choose "Lord of Souls" as my next read.

My copy of histories arrived yesterday and I've pre-ordered the other two. not only does it contain the texts from the game, but it contains nice official artwork and concept drawings. Definitely worth grabbing! (Plus I hardly ever read the books when playing Skyrim because I just want to get on with playing the game, but now I can read them without staring at a screen!)

Didn't know there were books out there, will look for them next time I go to the book store for sure! I always read all the books I come across in TES games, it'd be cool to have that stuff physically, plus other stories.

I have heard some good things about the books from a friend of mine but have not really looked into them at all. I think that they would be really interesting though, even though I am not usually into that sort of genre when it comes to reading. The fact that they are pretty short stories is certainly a plus for me though and that just might make me make the final decision.

I'm really excited to see the world of Elder Scrolls fleshed out a little more. It's already a very expansive lore, but more content never hurt anyone, especially if it's well written like the everything else from this studio.
