Game freezes during load

I was so stoked to get this game tonight and when i got home i popped it right into my 360. I was havin fun and managed to get myself killed and when i tried to load my game it froze in the loading screen. However if i start a new game its just fine. Is this my 360 or maybe a bug in the game?

probably a bug...did u download the day one patch? I guess that's supposed to fix alot of minor bugs/glitches in the game.
