Okay, I was doing this mission called " Forsworn Conspiracy". I had my Companion with me, Latter on in the mission (Spolier) You get arrested by some guards. After completing the mission my companion vanished. So i said " Well screw it ill go get a Different companion" When i tried to get Different companion they were all saying "Look likes you already have someone." I tried FT,(Fast Traveling) And waiting, Still no luck. So could anyone here help me?

where was the last place you saw your companion? Look in that area, this has happened to me a few times, usually the companion is just stuck somewhere.

You somehow lost them in your travels so just wait awhile because at one point it happen to me with Lydia so b4 i even knew it she popped up while I was fighting a dragon....

Lydia's annoyingly weak. She was killed when I wuz fighting some Dwemer thing and she died leaving me to haul out all the dragon bones I had her carry...... thank god i had the whirlwind shout....

About Lydia's weakness- comapnion's level is set when they first spawn to you. In most cases you meet Lydia on a low level, that's why she is later useless companion. To solve that problem, if you play on PC you can do this:
"If you have an attachment to a certain follower and wish to continue to use him or her after he or she has become obsolete, you can update his or her stats by dismissing the companion, then opening the console, clicking the follower in question, typing "disable" and then typing "enable" without the quotation marks, then ask them to rejoin. The follower's inventory will remain unaffected, but his or her stats will all be updated to match the player's current level."

If you play on PC, draw down the console and type:
set playerfollowercount to <0 or 1>
0 will clear out the lost or dead follower and you will be able to recruit a new one
