Vampire Lord perks in ESO actually make Harkon look pathetic

I've been running through some ESO content and honestly the vampire skill line is insane compared to what we get in Dawnguard. Like, Harkon's whole vampire form in Skyrim feels like a glorified bat transformation with a couple damage buffs, but ESO vampires get actual sustained gameplay mechanics. Drain health over time, invisibility, the whole toolkit.

Which makes me wonder - if Harkon had access to even half of ESO's vampire abilities, would the Dawnguard questline actually feel threatening? Right now you can just tank him as a werewolf or a regular melee build and he goes down. But a properly built ESO-style vampire lord would actually be a problem.

Does anyone else feel like Dawnguard kind of undersold what being a vampire should be? I get that Skyrim was already feature-packed but the vampire perks tree feels so thin compared to how much depth ESO gives it.
